Traficop 75mm highNow in its third generation the Traficop 75mm high cushion conforms with DfT recommendations. The greatest speed reduction is achieved with a 1.9m wide cushion whereas for bus routes and most general applications the narrower 1.6m wide cushion is the most frequently used. Ramp gradient 1 in 10, side gradient 1 in 4

Traficop 65mm highThe 65mm high cushion is inceasingly being specified by UK councils for public highways and provides an ideal solution for retail and industrial use. As well as being lower than the 75mm high version, it also has a shallower side gradient which are acceptable to emergency vehicles, bus operators as well as local residents. Combination TableThe cost effective way to create a raised table or junction 75mm high with Traficop ramp, corner and side modules for infill with dense Bitumen Macadam (DBM) or similar - typically 50mm of base course and 25mm of wearing course. The weight of the base course in tonnes is the infill area (in m2) divided by 10 and for the wearing course, the area divided by 20. With tapered sides the length of a table is available in 1 metre increments and the width in 100mm increments.
|
Flat Top ConstructionFor quick installation and immediate use the whole table can be made using rubber modules with tapered sides or kerb to kerb. Tables are 75mm high, flat top profile with 1:10 ramp gradient as DfT recommended.
