MACHINING

Rediweld can provide milling, turning and drilling as secondary operations, which can often be required in low volume production, to reduce tooling costs or to achieve close tolerances.

INSERTING

Metal inserts can be moulded in or inserted as a secondary operation by pressing, threading, heat staking or ultrasonics.

ASSEMBLY

Rediweld can perform a variety of assembly operations and mechanical or electrical test procedures. We also offer EM/ RFI Shielding, ultrasonic welding, engraving and printing.
